About this villa rental

Other things to note;
We strictly prohibit use of the property for Bucks and Hens holidays, schoolies, or similar functions and enforce very strict noise controls in keeping with the residential nature of the area. This is strictly NOT a party house and breach of this agreement will mean removal from the property and forfeit of booking costs and security deposit.
If we believe the booking to be schoolies, we have the right to cancel the booking without refund prior to arrival and prevent access to the property.
We appreciate most people will respect our property but on the rare occasion of violations it requires that we obtain the following information:
1. Your photo ID with your current postal address
2 . Security Bond held by Airbnb
** Access to the property will be denied until this information is received**:
The property features include:
• Fully ducted air conditioning
• Open plan kitchen and family living area
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with induction cooktop
and butler’s pantry
• Coffee machine
• Large smart TV including fetch TV and wi-fi
• Outdoor entertaining and BBQ
• Fully equipped laundry with Bosch appliances
• Spacious master King bedroom with balcony and water
views, ensuite plus a loft
• Loft area contains a day-bed which can also accommodate
a child if required (Long single bed in the loft area)
• Second bedroom with double bed – small balcony off this
room facing the park
• Third bedroom with king single bunk beds PLUS a trundle,
accommodating 3 people
• Family sized bathroom with bath and separate shower
• Separate toilet
• Downstairs powder room with toilet
• Ceiling fans
