Schöne ruhige Lage am Rande der Innenstadt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bestens erreichbar. Toller großer Balkon, den wir bei dem herrlichen Sommerwetter auch täglich morgens und abends genutzt haben. Prima auch der Luxus, eine zweite Toilette zu haben. Reichlich Platz für Gepäck/Kleidung in separatem Raum vorhanden.
Und hat eine Spülmaschine gefehlt. Küchenbecken und die Abtropffläche waren recht klein für den Abwasch. Für den schönen Balkon/Dachterrasse hätten wir uns einen Sonnenschutz gewünscht. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn es einen Aufzug zum 3. OG gegeben hätte.

Super Lage!
Erreichbarkeit des Büros nicht möglich. Am Telefon gibt es lediglich einen Chatbot, der nicht sehr hilfreich ist. Zugang nur per Code. Wir hatten unser Handy mit dem Code in der Wohnung liegen lassen und sind nicht wieder reingekommen. Auch nach 5 Anrufen gab es keinen Rückruf. Schlüsselkasten mit allen Schlüsseln ist im Hausflur für alle zugänglich. Sicherheitskonzept mehr als fragwürdig. Leider extrem wenig Geschirr und keine Spülmaschine, so dass man nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Sonst schön eingerichtet.
