Duża i dobrze wyposażona przestrzeń. Komfortowy dla 4 osób. Świetna lokalizacja, żeby poczuć atmosferę Poczdamu. Klimatyczna ulica z widokiem m.in. na baszty. Osobom lubiącym ciszę może przeszkadzać tramwaj, ponieważ apartament ma okna na ulicę. Dla nas nie było to uciążliwe.
Kilka rzeczy wymaga naprawy: półka w sypialni, bateria w kuchni, ale to drobna kwestie.

Mir haben die Lage und der Komfort der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war insgesamt angenehm und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Das Geschirr war leider staubig und die Küchenschränke waren klebrig. Außerdem konnten wir am Abend des 25. Juli die Eingangstür trotz des richtigen Codes nicht öffnen. Wir mussten deshalb über den Hinterhof ins Gebäude gelangen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Lage ist top. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, zum Zentrum 7 Gehminuten. Das Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, da Check-In kontaktlos erdolgt ist. Die Wohnung ( Grosses Suit) lag in dem 1. OG. Sehr steile Treppe, nicht für die Menschen mit Behinderung geeignet. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig.
Jetzt kommt das grosse ABER, die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Staub, braune Flecken an den Wänden, allgemein die Wohnung muss dringend renoviert werden. Es ist überhaupt nicht gemütlich. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Boden war so dreckig, die Oberflächen total staubig und klebrig.

Das wirklich Positive war die Lage der Unterkunft.
Die Lage der Unterkunft an der Hauptstraße war für uns persönlich zu laut. Die Sauberkeit ließ bei genauerem Hinsehen zu wünschen übrig. Eine gemütliche Sitzecke fehlte uns. Die Aschenbecher im Innenhof quollen über.
