Un departamento con lindo jardín y vista amplia, además de cómodo y funcional. Cocina y casa en general muy bien equipada y acogedora. Comunicación fácil y fluida con el anfitrión, Antonio ha sido muy amable. Bien ubicado, cerca de varias playas. El check in ha sido muy bien explicado y fácil de realizar, de manera autónoma, lo que da flexibilidad para la llegada.
La ducha es pequeña y no hay sitio para colocar shampoo y acondicionador, es un detalle, pero al ser tan pequeña la ducha tener donde apoyar los artículos de baño haría más placentero el baño y cambiaría la experiencia, solo a modo de posible mejora. Hay un nido de palomas en el jardín del que he informado al dueño, según me dijo saben de su existencia pero no pueden sacarlo. No molesta porque esta en un extremo del jardín, pero es una pena que justo esta frente a la barbacoa y deja la zona un poco inutilizable ya que las palomas ensucian bastante allí. Hemos llegado una noche más tarde de lo reservado por problemas con el transporte y he solicitado reembolso de esa noche pero no me lo han concedido, se que la reserva no era reembolsable, pero hubiera sido un buen gesto. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

An excellent strategic location if you plan to explore the northeastern part of Sardinia. The apartment is beautiful, with a terrace and a garden. We had everything we needed for a family of five including three little children. Our host was a very kind person always willing to help.
We did not know about the 3kW limit for power supply which is default in Italy. So when we tried to use the electric oven and air conditioning at the same time, we had a blackout. But this is not a fault of this specific residence. Our host promptly solved it out and we were more careful for the rest of our vacation.
