The Location of the property is amazing. It is just minutes away from the CA 120 entrance to the Yosemite National Park.
The property is also large with 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms (1 in the loft). Onsite Laundry is another plus. Parking is right onsite. The House has almost all amenities - except an AC.
The owner was onsite which helped a lot.
An AC is a much-needed appliance for the few hot days of summer. Also, the house needs some fixes and clean up. The shower head holder was broken, the sliding door to the deck was loose, so it came off the railing. The net in the loft of one of the windows was broken, so we could not open the window. The deck flooring is dilapidated and squeaky.
