Buona location, collegato molto bene. Perfetto se programmate di passare la maggior parte del tempo fuori e non vi importa il rumore costante dei clacson dei quartieri spagnoli. L’appartamento ha comunque tutto quello che serve, e abbiamo molto apprezzato il seggiolone per bambini. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo non era pulitissimo, le superfici erano impolverate. L’ambiente è un po’ umido e il quartiere molto rumoroso.

The facilities at the property were exceptional. Apart from the main facilities there was a washing machine, iron board and tea coffee facility. The bathroom was perfect with a large mirror and vanity lights. Very clean. Cristina the host was very welcoming. She had even kept wine & snacks for us when we arrived. Overall it was excellent!
The noise outside was a bit disturbing. We could hear bikes racing up the hill. As the property is on a hill it’s a bit challenging for travelers carrying big luggages. As taxi’s don’t go all the way. And you have to drag it up & down.

In a great location - right in the action. The bed was very confortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean.
There was a musty smell in the apartment. The kitchen area was a little dirty, and there wasn't much equipment. Both TV's either don't work (kitchen/lounge), or don't work very well (bedroom). The kitchen/louge area feels dated and not particualrly pleasant. The bedroom/shower area is ok. There's some street noise, but we expected this - it's in the spanish quarter! Overall, ths is an ok place to stay, but won't be for everyone.
