The place was very organised and decorated with intent and thoughtfulness, making our stay comfortable. Will book again in the future for longer stay.

Great surroundings. A lot of space. Very quiet. Good beds and showers !

It was a bit cold and humid for my wife. Would be nice to have more forks (we found only 3), spoons and knives. So we don’t have to wash them all the time. A plus could be to let 1-2 doses of powder for clothes washing as there is a machine. Could help a lot in some cases.

The cottage was wonderful - comfortable and quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Newlyn. There was nothing we did not like about it. I would certainly stay there again.

I have no complaints at all, but a handrail going up the staircase and anti-slip mats on the treads might have been beneficial for my parents who are in their 80s.

Key safe and number given before arrival Inside the property was clean and quirky once in however the outside was tired and unkept The seats out side were rusty and in need of a paint although cushions were provided they were not overly inviting. The upper bedroom window pain was cracked on the outside which did not give a great first impression. The front door was also not overly secure. We understood it was a cottage so the stair case was narrow and steep however being painted white made it difficult to distinguish individual steps at night…….especially if having to use downs stairs toilet. Over all we enjoyed our stay the sofa was comfy and kitchen well equipped. Surprisingly Spacious inside.

Difficult to locate actual door to use as there were 3 ….needed additional info and help from neighbours….not ideal after a long journey
