Spacious rooms with dressers and closet space. Easily accommodated a week's worth of luggage.
Nearby restaurant and beach.
Strong AC unit.
Good kitchen space with cups, plates, pots/pans, and utensils.
Responsive property manager.
No towels or linens, extra toilet paper, or hand soaps for price point (200 per night). I've had linens and towels provided at cheaper places (50 per night).
Windows and doors poorly sealed, allowing ant infestation within 30 minutes. (All food needs to be refrigerated or in a sealed container.)
Single AC unit in the common area means hot bedrooms in the evening.
Bed was two twins on a queen frame, causing discomfort when sleeping as a couple.
Exposed lines/tubing made me wary.
