High-Rise PCB Condo w/ Oceanfront Views & Pool!

Location was great, condo was beautiful. We woke up to dolphins one morning, ate lovely lunches and dinners from the large balcony. The location put us 10-15 minutes from attractions we had planned so not a lot of car time which is great if you have two small kiddos.

The only complaint we have is there weren't many towels (2 in each bathroom) and only a roll of toilet paper on the roller. No extra. I feel one extra roll for the bathrooms would've been more ideal, but we went to purchase some the last two days.

The view was breathtaking,excellent location close by a ton of things to do. Mattress in master was very comfortable. There was also a twin sized trundle bed under the full size bunk bed that wasnt listed in the ad. We loved having washer and dryer, full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Lots of extra things in the closet to use at the beach/pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. The contact named Heather for Evolve over this condo was amazing and she did everything she could to make our trip amazing. She had a person come look at the air conditioning and a person reinforce the bed underneath bc it was breaking.

Some of the pots and pan handles are falling off. The bunk bed is very squeaky and seems like it needs to be tightened bc it wobbles. The master bed frame is not ideal. I loved the height of it but it is very un-sturdy and makes to much noise. The bathroom door by the kitchen wouldn't latch to stay closed. The air conditioner might have something wrong with it. They had a company come look at it but we still couldn't get it to go to 69° which is what I keep it at home. So it stayed 71° to 74° in the condo. Some rude guests were smoking on there balcony and we kept smelling it but they must have checked out the next day bc we didn't have anymore problems after that first night.

The rooms was great. Very spacious and had everything you'd need on vacation. The contact was great and was there when we needed her. The private beach was one of the best I've ever seen. We could see dolphins from the huge balcony. The trip was so wonderful!

Only one elevator at the facility was working. We didn't mind waiting but, for such a big place having all 3 elevators working would have been very beneficial.

The bed in the master was a queen and it was the worst bed I have ever slept on just terrible.
