With a little time, effort, and someone who cares, this could be a nice place to stay.
The location was not too far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The formal bedroom ceiling poured water onto the bed when the shower directly above us was running. This is an ongoing issue before 2023, based on a prior review. My main concern was whether or not the ceiling was structurally damaged from years of leaking water. The entire second-floor bathroom was over our bed. My daughter had to use our downstairs bathroom the entire trip (huge inconvenience). The ceiling fan was duct-taped on one side to the ceiling and had no fan blades on it, so there was no working fan, and we were concerned it would fall at any minute onto our bed. There was a square piece of plywood on the ceiling over our bed that only had one screw holding it to the ceiling. Yes, once again, we were worried it might fall at some point, hopefully not while we were sleeping. The front living room blinds did not work, therefore, they could not be closed. The rod to open and close just spun around, and nothing happened. The main kitchen light was burned out in the ceiling fan. The dishes (bowls) were dirty with dried food on them. The kitchen wall cabinet shelves are broken, caving in at the middle. I can go on and on, believe me, I am only starting to scratch the surface. I can honestly say that if we were offered a free week to stay in this cabin again, I would turn it down.

Perfect get away from it all cabin.
Very clean, well cared for cabin. Secluded perfect get "away from it all" location. By the last day, it felt like home. Would recommend this cabin to friends and family. Daily visits from a momma bear and 2 cubs nightly around 7:30 p.m. really enjoyed the kitchen and bbq.
The only negative was that I was not notified before my arrival that the washer and dryer were not working. That being said, there is a laundromat not far down the road.

Beautiful small cabin, enjoyed the hot tub and the location.
Hot water faucet on hot tub seemed wobbly and hot water would run out pretty quickly.
