Man at desk was friendly

The floor in the kitchen was terrible -- tile is loose and coming up -- pieces of grout are sharp and everywhere. There was a planned power outage that we were not informed of -- we could not cook and had small children -- no breakfast for the littles . . . The grass was cut by a maniac that came within 18" of us cooking dinner on a grill -- (both gas tanks were empty for grill so we had to use charcoal) traumatized children as they were outside standing by grill -- driver got grass all over grill and food. We called the owner who said the driver of the lawnmower was sorry but we lost dinner and had scared children. Gift cards for dinner would have made for a nice substitution . . .Freezer leaked water into refrigerator -- instead of fixing you had to keep a bowl in fridge where we found it

The house itself was clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Water pressure wasn’t great. Washing machine smelled bad. Gutters completely clogged. Could not see the River from the property. Closest place to fish was over a mile away and it was under a highway bridge. Absolutely no access to swim.

What breakfast? We never got one

Needs bath and TV in mother in laws sweet. The person that slept there had to wake up the ones in main house in middle of night to use bathroom. No butane for fireplace. Got it last day. Crackers crumbled under couch cushions

It was comfortable to spend time in.

The floor tile was loose in the kitchen. The shelve in cabinet by the fridge was falling down . The fridge had some kind of leak . Had to keep a bowl on top shelf to catch the water didn't have any extra garbage bags. Tile in hall bathroom had grout missing. Bench in first bedroom has a large curved point on it I had to stuff pillows around it because I hit my leg on it three times.
