Beautiful views, very homely villa

Chose this accommodation because travelling with my grandchildren they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The pool was not available for use, plus it was more a 2 person above ground splash pool. The oven was not working as I wanted to heat up a home made pizza for my grandchildren There were next to none complimentary items ie tea, coffee, milk, body wash, shampoo as was available at all our other 5 accommodation locations. Its location is not walking distance to restaurants, shops or beach. For the cost of stay I thought was overpriced.

It is not in Volos or in a village. Therefore, you need a car to get down the hill. However, the view is wonderful!

the view is very nice from the terrace' the property is nice,

it is bottom part of the 3 floor house, And i think the host have to mention it in the description. (so it is not a villa) the kitchen was not well equipped, was no coffee, no tea, no Teflon fried pan for eggs, a little dish soap mixed with water, no soap and shampoo in shower.

We enjoyed the region and that place is well located and private.

Great view from that place (as pictures). We enjoyed the balcony space morning and evening when we got back. Rooms are spacious and nice to put the car out of the sun in the garage. 3-4 beaches are not too far from the house but you can choose to drive to more famous ones within 1.5 hour.

The kitchen lacks a few cooking essentials (cutting knives and plate, scissors and wine bottle opener), these little tools that are useful for a week stay (as mentioned to our caretaker). Also, it would be nice for the other bedroom with the 2 single beds to have an air condition unit like for the master bedroom. Our week there was very hot.

Nice vacation

Nice place with view to the sea; it has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant vacation; a few minutes by car to the beaches. The host waited for us at the villa, even if we arrived earlier than expected,was very helpful and showed us a beautiful place to swim. All in all a good place for a nice vacation.

Each room has a fan to cool the apartment, but an air conditioning unit would be a great plus during the hot nights. Not a big issue anyway, and we were aware of the fact when we booked.

Не ни харесаха много неща: 1. В едната спалня нямаше нито климатик , нито врата, а прозореца беше закрит с излишна декорация от която не влизаше никакъв въздух и светлина. 2. В трапезарията също нямаше климатик, което правеше престоя в тези помещения през юли месец непоносим. 3. Входа на етажа за гости е през гаража, което считаме че е крайно унизително. 4. Банята беше изключително просторна, но така наречената вана беше като корито в което не можеш да стоиш прав. Трябва да се къпеш седнал. Ако се изправиш трябва да се къпеш пред прозорец, което е крайно унизително и недопустимо. 5. Хазяйката ни направи забележка да не пускаме единствения климатик, докато ни няма, с мотив, че може да претоварим мрежата и да стане пожар. А когато сме в къщата може да ползваме климатика, тогава няма да претоварим мрежата и да причиним пожар?!? 6. Кухненското оборудване е доста старо. Липсват основни неща като белачка, дъска за рязане и т.н.
