About this house rental
The homes first floor includes a large dinning and open common area able to easily accommodate 25 or more guests. The listed price is for 16 guests, additional guest will be charged $25 per person, per night. The house is complete with a beautiful fully furnished kitchen, the master bedroom with a king bed and large walk in shower, also a fully furnished laundry room, and beautiful sun room that opens to a huge backyard patio area. The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, room 1 has a king bed and day bed w/ trundle , room 2 a queen bed w/ daybed w/ trundle , room 3 a queen bed, room 4 a queen bed & room 5 has 2 bunk beds, rooms 1,2,3 have their own full baths , rooms 4,5 share a full bath , it also has two private seating areas perfect for chatting or getting lost in a book. The lower level has a state of the art theater room ,w/ surround sound and huge 12 ft screen able to seat 20 people with ease, it also has a pool room and some exercise equipment and also a large open area w/ ping pong table , air hockey , and corn hole games. as a side benefit we offer at an extra charge limited evening meals catered by our family , country living at its best!. What an awesome family getaway! The house is beautiful! We had 7 adults and 7 children, ages 1.5 to 15. The teens loved playing the games in the basement. The little ones played in the sunroom while we visited in the kitchen and sunroom or they watched some tv in the beautiful living room. It was convenient to keep an eye on them. Plenty of room to spread out for a nap, to play games, or read a book. We used the fire pit at night to make smores and at lunch to grill hotdogs. The yard was perfect and we loved watching the horses next door. The teen girls loved having their own bedroom. Bathrooms were plenty. The host was fantastic. She kept in touch and was so kind. We had a fantastic time together and want to come back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the property! It met all of our needs and then some! Had a great place to congregate and we still had areas of privacy. Would stay here again!
