We all loved our accommodations. Our family of children and grandchildren (20) picks a different place every year, and this has probably been the highest rated rental so far for the home and amenities. There were 20 invited, and 19 came. Every teen thanked us for picking an awesome house in such a convenient location. The adults enjoyed the layout, the features, the spaciousness, and the quality of the house we rented..and it was located close to everything we wanted to see and do. Six of us are OU grads, three teens are thinking of attending, so this might likely be a house we come back to. We needed two accessible rooms and this entire house was accessible, which was a plus. It was a real success for our reunion. Even the neighbors were fun and sweet. Five stars plus.

A group of us stayed at the Woodberry Inn and were so delighted in the house! It is very big and spacious, lots of room to spread out, huge bathrooms and nice size bedrooms! The biggest delight was the huge front porch with lots of seating options, we had great weather so lived out front! Also enjoyed a nice fire in the firepit! The only downside is it is not a very walkable neighborhood, and 30 minutes to Old Man's Cave. Would stay here again!

Very impressed. House was perfect to accommodate our group there was plenty of room for socializing and separation when it came to bed time. Bedrooms are spacious and cozy especially with your own climate control units in each one. Kitchen was nice and also big enough for cooking a big meal and plenty of counter space to place things. Outside parking is spacious and graveled perfect for many vehicles and/or trailers Overall a great place to stay to visit the area

The Woodbury Inn was perfect for our group! It was spacious with 2 “wings” of bedrooms and bathrooms, with sliding barn doors to block off the noise from the rest of the house, and a huge, well-stocked kitchen and common area. Perfect for playing games around the big table. The hot tub was also private and Old Man’s Cave is only 1/2 hour away.This place is excellent for larger groups!

This was a perfect place for our family to spend time together over the Holiday. We did not get to do as much hiking as we hoped due to the cold, but still enjoyed being together in this lovely home. It was perfect!

We very much enjoyed the house. There were some minor things, creaky bedroom doors, bed sizes not the same as in listing. We loved the hot tub, fire pit amd cornhole game and all the space for all 18 of us.

The house was perfect. Even better than we anticipated! JoLinda was helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped, including convection stove and oven. It would have been helpful to have some info on how to operate them. We would definitely rent this house again.

This property was perfect for hosting our group of friends! The rental was so well planned for hosting. From each room having its own heating/cooling unit to each of the four bathrooms having their own hot water tank, this place was set up to make people feel comfortable! The hosts were easy to contact and even came to the house within 20 minutes when the Wi-Fi went out. We had an incredible time here and would 100% book again.

We love the spaciousness of the home. Had almost everything we needed minus a cheese grater. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have the east wing and the west wing, ability to close off a section for sleepers. Listing was a little ambiguous about availability of a coffeemaker, which there were actually several there. But we brought ours just in case, because, well, it is coffee after all! Induction stove was a little quirky to figure out but it did work. Overall a wonderful place that suited our needs very well for our family. Thank you!

The house was so clean & welcoming as soon as you stepped inside. We loved how roomy it was so we weren’t all cramped up. Everywhere we went in the area was convenient to the location. I would definitely recommend Woodberry Inn!

Genuinely, truly, amazing property - this place was built for creating memories with loved ones. Every detail was carefully thought out and crafted for the convenience of their guests. We went for my partners 40th- a huge celebration with he and I, and his family of all ages. Children, teens, 30-40 something’s, parents and grandparents all enjoyed themselves this past weekend. The home is gorgeous and conveniently located to hikes near the state park and gas stations and a Kroger if you need to run out. This place exceeded expectations. Thank you Jolene for an unforgettable weekend

The building easily held our family of 19. It was furnished well with all of the needed utensils, bedding , & towels. Two minor issues popped up. When the owner was notified, they were IMMEDIATELY taken care of. Local recreational activities & restaurants are close by. A totally enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay! Jolinda has done a great job renovating & decorating the home. The pictures do not do it justice! It was the perfect amount of space for 8 adults & 8 kids. We loved the large table & benches in the dining room that fit everyone for meals. The barn doors were perfect for keeping noise down while we played late-night board games. We appreciated that Jolinda was available for any questions we had. We have 3 complaints about the property 1. There is a doorbell camera on the front porch, right in the middle of the outdoor sitting area. We covered the camera when we arrived as it felt like an invasion of privacy when we were outside chatting. When we returned home from an outing, we discovered that someone had come by to remove our covering, without communicating with us first. Additionally, while we were saying our goodbyes before departure, the doorbell made a sound & the illuminated light changed colors, indicating that the owner was watching us. We felt like we were being spied on & did not like private conversations being recorded. 2. The bathrooms are beautiful, but the doors have swelled & are very loud & difficult to close. We all got used to peeing with the door ajar. 3. The hot tub had not been serviced, it smelled of mildew & the water was low. Had I said something to Jolinda, I’m confident this would have been fixed, but it was disappointing to arrive & not have that clean. All in all, the house is beautiful, spacious & worth a visit

Our daughter graduated from Ohio University and this was the perfect gathering place for family, friends, food and celebration! The house was clean. The beds were comfy. Large nice bathrooms. Very spacious house that accommodated our group of 9 adults & 8 kids for our 3 day visit. We had a great time using the hot tub, outdoor games, and campfire ring. The huge dining room table allowed all of us to sit together - for both meals and board & card games. Proximity to the state park was very nice for daily hikes. Encountered some small glitches but the hosts were very (and I mean very) responsive and made things right quickly. We would definitely stay again!

The property was as described and was perfect for my mom's 80th birthday celebration. This house had enough room for a family of 20. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated The host could have communicated more and not been so short and rude. We were 15 mins late leaving the place when the owner showed up. My bro n law apologized and to let her know we would be out soon, he tried to shake her hand and she refused. Said she had arthritis and didn't shake hands. Just unnecessary. Everything else was great.

Property was as described or better. Had a bit of a headache with the property manager. Our son and daughter-in-law visited one evening but we kept their dogs outside on the porch and the property manager didn’t want to believe us that the dogs stayed outside. Didn’t really like the tone of the confrontation but understand the concern. Also she claimed they had renters the day we moved out even though the property description says two days between all rentals for covid protocol. Hope this wasn’t misleading to other renters

Our group loved the open concept home. We had plenty of space to gather and spend time playing games. We especially enjoyed having one large table to eat with one another. There were also a lot of nicely updated technology. It was a little disappointing that the description said 15 minutes from Hocking Hills when it was really 30 minutes to the visitor’s center and longer to other hiking spots in hocking hills.

This house is amazing. Jolinda has thought of everything! Ive stayed in so many rentals and this is amongst the top 3. Super layout for large groups. Or in our case, early risers vs. Late sleepers. Two wings on either side of main common area houses 4 beds & 2 baths each. And can be closed off. This was brilliant for us! So much space! Kitchen had all the amenities you need & is nicely labeled. And we spent several hours enjoying the beautiful front porch. Nicely decorated in a modern style with antique touches. Convenient to Athens & Hocking Hills. We can't wait to stay here again. Easy in and out process too. A plus in a post Covid world. Stay here. Trust me!

We had 6 couples who stayed 4-5 days. We had tons of room to spread out when we wanted and great gathering spots for when we wanted to come together. The out door spaces for lounging are amazing as is the hot tub out back. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you may need. We went to Hocking Hills and did some hiking, shopped the Rocky store which is super close right in town, (I highly recommend stopping in!) had dinner at Jack's steak house, (Delish) went mudding in side by sides at NevilleBillie Adventure Park, (Also highly recommend) explored the areas around town and had a wonderful time. Owner is personable, attentive and very accommodating. Rooms are large and very nicely decorated. Over all a great experience! Thank you for everything!

If you are going with a group, this house is the place to stay! The house is so spacious. Even when we were un the kitchen cooking, we could be a part of what was going on in the living area. The decor was just perfect. Every bathroom was slightly different in terms of decor. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous week of hiking, canoeing, zip lining, swimming, boating and just plain FUN! The Woodberry Inn was perfect for our large family, secluded and a short drive from everywhere Hocking Hills! We vacation together yearly and sometimes are surprised when a rental website says "8 bedrooms" and you get there and find out that the 7th and 8th "bedroom" are just pull out couches in common areas---ie: no privacy! WELL, at Woodberry Inn there REALLY are 8 full sized bedrooms and they are SUPER!!!!! The decor is lovely, beds comfy and plenty of room for all! The hot tub was a welcome relaxing spot for after our excursions! Thanks to Jolinda for taking good care of us!

This was a good place for a family with young children. Plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to have fun. It also was a good setup for the four adult couples. We had enough room for everyone to be together but still have our own spaces. The large table was great for communal meals. Having four bathrooms really helped, also. We took one bathroom per family. Our main suggestion would be to add more towel racks and some hooks in the bathrooms. When you have 16 people as we did, one rack per bathroom doesn’t hold many towels.
