Located close-in at Kalispell's south edge, and next to the airport.
The unit is finished with vinyl laminated flooring, has new washer/dryer and storage area on patio. Rent include WI Fi, local channels, and utilities.
Located close-in at Kalispell's south edge, and near the airport. Rosauers Grocery store is less than 1/2 mile away. Whitheys health food store is on the next block Sells some groceries.
The Montana club restaurant is across the street. gas station and convenience store is a block away. and main street is one block over.
This property is located walking distance to the southeast center of town.
Due to pet extensive damages to our property, we are not allowing Pets.
Management Company will charge $ 500.00 for any violation without prior approval.
Require $500.00 refundable security deposit.
Service pet subject to prior approval and $300 pet fee

We really enjoyed our stay. The best part was the location. Close to all kinds of shopping.! Nice safe area too. The back sliding door overlooked huge field and you could only see the mountains. Really brightened up our day.
The part we did not enjoy was the TV. It was not a smart TV and no cable or satellite like Dish Network. With Covid, we were stuck watching a lot of TV. So we went out and purchased a 42” Smart TV and then could watch Prime and Netflix movies and YouTube. Furniture was a bit 2 large in living room as 2 big couches took up most space. One couch and a couple of comfortable chairs with small end table would had been so much better.
The owner was awesome by the way!

Need to clean out unnecessary linens & cleaning supplies. Floor cleanliness around stove and shower curtain needs improvement. We replaced the curtain. Overall was convenient and we enjoyed the stay. Thanks
