The unit is finished recently with vinyl laminated flooring, fully furnished, has new washer/dryer, BBQ and outside storage area on the west facing deck.
Located close-in at Kalispell's south edge, and near the airport. Rosauers Grocery store is less than 1/2 mile away. Whitheys health food store is on the next block Sells some groceries.
The Montana club restaurant is across the street. gas station and convenience store is a block away. and main street is one block over.
This property is located walking distance to the southeast center of town.
Require $500.00 refundable security deposit
Sevier pet subject to prior approval and $300 pet fee

Nice apartment, good location, quiet neighbors, owner is great to deal with...BUT...management company leaves a lot to be desired. Apartment was clean overall...but laminate floor was filthy...turned my clean white socks black in less than an hour, without my shoes. Had to hand mop the laminate myself. Staff at management office was irritated that I brought cash for an extra 2 days of rental...when I had been told to bring the payment, but not told in what form payment had to be. Contact person at management company (male person), not responsive to questions/changes in adding additional days, once apartment had been rented...had to contact owner directly to get it changed. Brackets for towel bar were installed badly...towel bar/towels kept falling down. Everything worked, but no air conditioning for hot nights.
Overall, a enjoyable apartment, that could use a more responsive, more effective management company. (my personal opinion)
