The location was beautiful!! It was quiet and peaceful. My parents are in their 90's and my mom said that it was what she needed. Didn't realize there were so many stairs but my parents handled them well. All the windows were a bonus also. Plenty of light and we didn't need air conditioning because with the windows open, they allowed plenty of outside air to come in. Your furnishings and all the artwork you had in the condo really captures the essence of the mountains and we really appreciated that. First time I've done a VRBO and we weren't disappointed. Thank you!!
In some way or another I always end up washing dishes which I don't mind at all. I use a washcloth and all that was there was a sponge. That to me doesn't seem to clean as well as a cloth. I wanted to make sure everything looked spotless so I went and bought one. Maybe squeegees in the showers??

Very nice Condo, plenty of rooms and plenty beds and bathrooms. Convenience to the park and the Estes.
The thermostat was locked and set at 75. The temperature was close to 90 during the day and about 70 at night. The heat almost made it intolerable to sleep. We opened the windows but it didn't cool down enough to make a difference. The air never kicked on the entire time we were there. In fact I'm not sure there was AC. Did not enjoy sleeping there.

Great location, spacious accomodations, pleasant neighbors (I met a couple of them when I needed a jack to repair a flat that a nail caused). Liked the many hummingbirds and the coyote that I saw outside the window one morning.
The confirmation email I received mentioned check-in was at 3PM. When I texted the owner/unit manager to see if we might receive a slightly earlier confirmation, he said that the unit wouldn't be cleaned until 4PM. I suggested that if that were indeed the check-in time, he should update the information that is sent out to the renter. Also just a little bit of sticker shock when I went to pay the fees online and noticed a $300 cleaning fee tacked on that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Seems a bit steep, as far as those usually go I think.
