De ligging. Het huis ligt echt pal aan zee. Slapen met het geluid van de golven. Eigen gereserveerde parasol en ligstoelen aan het strand. Albinia is erg leuk, 3 min rijden. Er zijn goede restaurants, dus zeker de moeite waard.
Alles in het huis is echt heel oud en onvoldoende. De keuken is incompleet. Badkamer, is oud en onpraktisch. Horren zijn kapot, tuin ligt vol troep, losliggende stenen en onkruid. Balkon/terras moet je delen met de buren en dat past echt niet. Schoonmaak was heel slecht. Echt alles was vies. Twee-persoonsbed was kapot bij aankomst. Je krijgt maar 1 parasol en 2 ligstoelen per reservering. Wij waren met 2 oudere kinderen, dus was dat niet fijn. Gelukkig was er wel genoeg plek.

a ridosso della spiaggia, con accesso  diretto, parcheggio sottostante, servizi vicini, buone dimensioni e arredamento, piscine ampie.
spazi esterni malconci e da rifinire, forno elettrico o microonde non in dotazione, piscine in comune con area campeggio (a volte troppo affollato).

Per quanto riguardala posizione in questo bilocale era ottimale perché ubicato al secondo piano e sulla spiaggia direttamente . Purtroppo la palzzina in questione era in decadenza., datata. All'interno comunque il bilocale era pulito, diviso bene,anche se il bagno era un po vecchio.
La palazzina dove era il bilocale, troppo vecchia e non tenuta bene. La spiaggia davanti e nei dintorni aveva poca battigia e tenuta un po male, con trochi di alberi depositati. Ha una rotonda con ombrelloni e lettini tenuta bene( dove noi avevamo il ns ombrellone
