About this villa rental
This versatile house is perfect for family holidays, romantic get-aways, honeymoons, corporate entertaining, wine tours, gastronomic adventures, history, culture & sightseeing, celebrity spotting, fabulous yachts, swimming, diving, sailing, tennis, horse riding, golf & polo.
It is located in a pine forest in a WWF nature reserve a 2 minute walk down a private track to a gently sloping 10 km sandy beach.
It has air conditioning units for the summer and central heating and a large fireplace for the winter.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, one with a child's cot, a third bedroom with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. There is a large drawing room & an extensive patio / dining area that leads onto a beautiful garden.
There are spotlights that light up the garden at night, an outside speaker system, a sunken trampoline & a gas barbecue on the terrace. And for winter, a big fireplace & central heating throughout.
There is a fully fitted high spec kitchen, a radio / CD player with with a cable to connect an iPod & WIFI Internet access and a TV to watch DVD's on, (no terrestrial TV)

Very beautiful garden and very close to a nearly private small pleasant beach. This was so fantastic to be able to go to the beach at any time, even in the evening to watch the stars. The turtles were very funny. The only issue for us was there was no microwaves but it was really the only small inconvenience. We had a very good stay.

David's house is a lovely place. The house is really neat and clean, and at the same time has a very personal touch. Being there felt much like being home. There is everything you need. We were very happy to have found this special place. Thank you David for having us and making this possible at such short notice!

Grazie Sacha e David, passare le nostre vacanza nella vostra magnifica casa è stato un privilegio. Vivere in una casa che è usata anche dai proprietari è una garanzia di qualità, dagli utensili per la cucina alla biancheria, ai letti fantastici e l'arredamento curato e di gusto. Il giardino poi è un'oasi di pace e refrigerio dove si può gustare un'aperitivo con il sottofondo del vostro impianto hifi o sentire i bambini giocare e godere della frescura della vegetazione curatissima. Altro elemento impagabile è la "spiaggia in casa" privilegio per pochi in un luogo dove per andare in spiaggia devi cominciare a pagare dal parcheggio all'ombrellone al lettino...da voi invece è tutto li a disposizione e dopo pranzo si può andare anche a fare un riposino a casa e poi si torna in spiaggia! Torneremo senza dubbio. ciao. antonella e sergio
