Everything was GREAT. I could not ask anything else from my host. The most responsive host EVER. We had one issue in the apartment and she solved it the same day.
The only issue with this apartment is nothing related to the apartment itself, but how Madrid has changed lately. The people in the street where the building is located makes you feel insecure, specially at night. It is dirty and there are homeless people around it. Too bad for Madrid. However, if I go back to Madrid, I would rent this place again.

L'emplacement ! Central ! La douche spacieuse. La clim efficace !
Le Bruit ! Le bâtiment était en travaux mais on ne nous l'a pas dit à la réservation. Tous les matins, à 7h les marteaux piqueurs et coup de masse tellement fort qu'on aurait cru qu'ils étaient dans la chambre. Et ce bruit, par vagues jusqu'à 15h ! L'enfer. Les murs étaient sales, les pieds de la table bougeaient. L'accueil très impersonnel avec une ouverture de porte automatique, on a l'impression d'être épié !
