Gran Vía Apartment

Everything was GREAT. I could not ask anything else from my host. The most responsive host EVER. We had one issue in the apartment and she solved it the same day.

The only issue with this apartment is nothing related to the apartment itself, but how Madrid has changed lately. The people in the street where the building is located makes you feel insecure, specially at night. It is dirty and there are homeless people around it. Too bad for Madrid. However, if I go back to Madrid, I would rent this place again.

Posizione centrale ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione della metro Sol. Un mini appartamento ma ben strutturato, letto confortevole. Riscaldamento centralizzato ma con climatizzatore.

I muri non sono molto spessi, si sentono un pò i vicini di casa. L'ingresso in appartamento non si effettua in autonomia ma quando si sta per arrivare in struttura bisogna chiamare il proprietario che a distanza provvederà all'apertura sia del portone che della porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento. Inizialmente un pò di difficoltà con la lingua (con la prima persona con la quale avevo a che fare non riuscivo a parlare in inglese) poi risolto il problema.

Many information about the room are missing. -Deposit demands that start days before you check in
