Attractive and sheltered location. Well appointed and comfortable furnishings.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location close enough to the centre of Melrose Within walking distance, great location for enjoying all that the Borders has to offer from outdoor activities to wonderful food and unique shopping. We ate out mainly but facilities within the property allowed us to cook a Sunday dinner and full Scottish Breakfast 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 so the best of both worlds

Clean , comfortable beds, warm, quiet location, 15 min walk to town . Be aware no path on main roads outside property or street lights for about 200 yds towards Melrose until reach streets nearby . Worth taking a torch if going out on evening , some small amounts of traffic on road .
