Cozy Stay in a Quiet Residential Area

A cozy, quiet, and very clean place with a true Swedish house feel. The small number of rooms makes everything well organized. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Guests have access to a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The check-in process is simple and smooth

Room was too small with bunker bed, and even cannot sit in bed as the height is very low the head will hit the top bed. Room doesn’t had a ventilation

Stay in general was good, everything was fine. Neighbourhood was ok, a bit far to the center. Kitchen and living room is comfortable and Sauna is great.

Just the room was very small for two people, with no storage facilities for the luggage. And the space between the two beds is very low. More coffee machines would be nice as one person had it in his room and we couldn't make coffee in the morning

It was not possible to contact the hotel. My questions per mail were not answered. A postponement was impossible. I paid for nothing.

Pleasant

The sauna and the living room were great! would have been cool to be able to enjoy them after 10 pm. Good parking spaces.

It was really, really dirty. The bathrooms had not been cleaned in what looked like a month. There was hair and mould in the shower and pee stains all over the toilets. We could also not find any kitchen towels or spare trash bags. We were a group of 8 people and rented 4 rooms and thought that we would have the whole house to us, but the house actually contains 6 rooms and there were two long-term tenants who had to work on the weekend even and it was a bit annoying to be quiet by 10 pm on a weekend day. Would have been good to know how many rooms there were in total.

Well equipped kitchen, for every room a separate compartment in the refridgerators. Saune for free of use! big plus! Wi-fi was quick.

Bed is small. The room was not facing the garden. it was farther from the city center then noted.

Superb

No breakfast.

The other renters. They behaved as if it was their house (left some mess, their clothes in the dryer/washing machine for hours, asked me to get out of the kitchen in the morning because of social distancing...I was there first and she got close to me). My friend got walked home at 10pm, the person asked her a bit loudly if everything was okay because the front door was left open (I found it wide open the day after), they complained about the noise and were quite rude to her. It was indeed late but she was understandably quite worried about her safety. Not the host's fault.

Exceptional

The apartment is not too far from the train station (about a 45mn walk) and right near a cool spot to watch the northern lights. The common spaces are super comfortable and the apartment is well equipped.

Nice house, bathrooms and kitchen shared with other travellers.

The house is big, the rooms were clean. The guidance to enter the house was correct.

When we arrive we entered one of the rooms reserved and it was occupied. After one hour of texting the owner he/she responded that our room was not that, so he/she gave us the correct one. It was not a good part of the trip, we were worried about having to book another place.

Superb

The location is very convenient - a cozy and quiet neighbourhood, close to a grocery that works until 11 pm, walking distance from the center. The apartment is very well furnished, with modern facilities, the doors are with codes and you get instructions beforehand so you basically don't need reception (they are available online/phone though) and you can arrive at any time. A great advantage for us was the free parking spots.

C’est une maison particulière partagée entre plusieurs locataires. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir disposer d’un lave-linge, sèche-linge, connexion Internet et Sauna.

Aucun contact avec le propriétaire, c’est un locataire qui nous a présenté les lieux. Nous avions choisi une chambre « supérieure » qui était minuscule et l’état général des différentes pièces de vie est moyen. Dans un contexte d’auberge de jeunesse nous aurions apprécié ce lieu, mais pas à ce prix !
