Nice, warm accomodation at Kiruna deep in the cold, freezing Arctic Circle from 31st October to 19th November. Sightings of the Northern Lights for 3 nights during my 10 days' stay being great experience & really worth the long trip from Stockholm. Friendly and hospitable cleaner/ manager of Comfort Living made me feel at home. The leather sofas in the living room & billards/ darts room allowed plenty of space for quiet rest & surfing the Internet during rainy, snowy, cloudy days. Wish to recommend to my friends in Hong Kong & take them to Kiruna, Sweden to wait for Aurora Borealis at Kiruna City Rooms Bed & Breakfast hotel apartment.

Basically, the place is nice.
Good points:
- the common area and the rooms basically are clean.
- The facilities are well-equipped. With abundant place to store food
- The laundry can be used without the need to pay or pre-book.
- The staff is friendly and helpful
- with vending machine for snacks and coffee next to the kitchen. The price is reasonable.
- looking for aurora near the hostel is possible
The not-so-good parts :
- not likely be a pick-up points for tour
- need 10-15 minutes walk to supermarket or bus stations (could be difficult when it is dark and very cold)
- limited hot water supply for shower due to environmental concerns (seems it lasted for around 10minutes each time; might be challenging for some people)
Problematic Part:
- the hostel claimed to have sent email informing us the method to check-in. Yet, as I talked with other guests, most of us received nothing. We made long-distance call to the information center and waited for the password to get in and get the key. After we discussed, it seemed a common issue if the booking is not directly through the official website. I would recommend you email the hostel to ask for the password in advance before going as there is no reception in the hostel if you did not receive it before coming. I would also appreciate if Agoda could look into the issue.

The hotel is far from center and any other shop, it takes over 15min to walk to bus station,
Staff never replied for my questions before stay and there is reception or luggage storage yet there so guest areas and shared kitchen
