location was great very close to where we needed to be.
Well, I found that the kitchen dishware was not as clean as I would like, it looks like you were expected to just use the diswasher, which obviously didn't do a great job several items, plates, pots and pans were dirty with food items on it and placed back in the cabinet. No laundry soap provided which many rentals do offer as an amenity which is a plus. I purchased laundry soap and washed the linen and towels to help out as it was the holiday season and I know the housekeepers work hard, I did this type of work too.

Host was easy to reach and very helpful with pre check-in questions! Easy to check in/out, plenty of towels, outdoor area with golf equipment, pool floats, etc. A lot of space and excellent lay out for multiple people/separate families. Nice grass area and outdoor seating, large tv's in multiple rooms, bunk beds- fun for kids, and location is quick to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The location was close to shopping for basic needs. It was also close to Camelback mt and we were able to hike. Most of our days were spent at a Crossfit competition at Goodyear park which was 5 miles away. We visited family in Sun Lakes and that was a close drive as well.
I didn't like that we had to leave!
