Exceptional location and all the home comforts we could have asked for. Gwen was a great when we arrived and gave us all the info we needed
A small table to have on the balcony whilst sitting out taking in the view would have been really useful

Everything!!! The view is amazing, the decor, the furniture, the cleanliness. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect cabin. The drive up was fairly easy, 15 minutes from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The only problem we had was the outside lights didn’t work I called Gwen and when we got back to the cabin that night everything was working.
No washer or dryer.

The view was fantastic and the cabin was very comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen pots, pans, etc) including some spices in the cabinet. The Safari theme throughout the house was top notch. We really enjoyed ourselves and of course the AWESOME VIEW!!
The beds were a bit too hard for my liking. There wasn't a washer and dryer so it made it difficult to keep things clean such as towels. There were not a sufficient amount for the four people staying there. We had to reuse them frequently and it also made it a pain getting in and out of the hot tub with no towels.
