St Augustine Studio - Walk to Marina & Downtown

Loved that it was within of walking distance to downtown. Beach was a short 10 minute drive, as was many different restaurants. Host was awesome and answered questions quickly.

I have no complaints.

beds were ok - one was noisy

It was the prefect size for my family. We enjoyed our stay. Netflix was spotty as always, does the same in our area. Sara was very friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was updated and clean inside. Owners were friendly.

The exterior of the apartment was pretty cluttered and messy, not like their photos online. Should have let people know ahead of time if something bc was going on. Some things seemed to be “hurricane cleanup” like we had in Tampa but have already resolved. If I was renting I would have made sure the property was tip top shape. Also, not a fan of having to park our vehicle on the street. Not safe and definitely had us worried about someone swiping it on the narrow road. And they have a dog, just be aware it roams outside, they did try to keep it inside for us as our son is terrified.
