Location was perfect for our visit. All we needed within short walking distance. Enough comfortable room for the 6 of us.

A short walk to the beach and boardwalk!

Quick walk to the beach. Breakfast place, pizza take out, 2 bars with full menu's all within the one block.
There were very few cable channels available. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The neighbors were very noisy on a Friday night including fireworks.

Easy access to the beach with plenty to do.
Access to the property was via keyless entry, but we couldn't open the door. After around 15 minutes of trying, we phoned the contact and I was in the middle of leaving a voice message when my husband finally managed to open it. When the contact phoned me back, she said, "Yes, it does stick a bit. You have to pull the door towards you and then enter the code." Would have helped to know that in advance. We also had to phone the contact again that evening when my son went to have a shower and there was no hot water. After ages spent trying to work out why, the contact asked me text her a picture of the display on the boiler and said she would get a plumber out to us. Having heard nothing, I chased again the following morning and was told a plumber should be with us by noon. He did arrive and it turned out the gas had been turned off completely and so he had to call someone else out to sort that. It was lucky that the plumber was there, because he set the television up for us. There were no instructions and it was only because he had some knowledge of the system that he could get some of the streaming services to operate. We also had issues with the air con. The instructions said something about a covered switch in the bunk room having to be on for the system to operate, but there was no switch. There were also the following issues:
1. Bunk beds very wobbly and I wasn't happy with either of my sons sleeping on the top bunk, so someone had to be on the (very uncomfortable) sofa each night.
2. Instructions said there would be gas in the BBQ, but it was empty.
3. There should have been a cart behind the shed at the rear of the property to take stuff up to the beach, but there wasn't.
4. The interior doors were hard to open and close, meaning we were all disturbed overnight by anyone going to the bathroom and there were only two breakfast bowls, which meant we had to eat in rotation.
