Close to Buena Vista and perfect for our family reunion. It is a converted basement with painted concrete floors, nothing too fancy, but clean. Key pick-up was in a lock-box, easily accessible.
The worst was the climate control. There was no way as a guest to set it yourself. So you have to constantly contact the host if you want to change anything. Air conditioning was freezing us out upon arrival on a cool day. Other time it was too warm. We managed by closing / opening vents in each room as best as we could. But it felt like a nuisance to be constantly bothering the host.

The host was super friendly and accommodating. The apartment was in a great location. It was not far from the safari park, the zoo, or the natural bridge state park. The price was pretty comparable to the hotels and it was great having a full working kitchen. That feature saved us a lot of money on food being we have four kiddos to feed.
The painted cement floor may be easy to clean but it's not the safest for little kids and it's not the most comfortable thing to walk on as it is extremely cold.
