Enjoy the best of modern comfort and rustic charm at this 2013-built farmhouse. While we may not offer the amenities of a 5-star hotel, we invite you to embrace the rustic charm of our farm stay. Relax in the tranquility of pastoral views while still having easy access to Lexington, Cincinnati, and northern Kentucky.
Two comfortable first-floor bedrooms await you, each furnished with two cozy pillow-top queen beds ensuring a restful stay. Enjoy the nightstands with charging station lamps, and fresh towels. We also offer additional essentials in case you forget anything. The master bathroom offers a shower with safety rails, and a new washer and dryer were added in 2022. Additional convenience is provided by the half bath.
The well-equipped kitchen in this rustic farmhouse boasts modern appliances, including an electric cooktop range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an adjacent dining area. Essential kitchen tools, such as a drip coffee pot, French press, toaster, blender, stainless steel pots & pans, cooking utensils, and bakeware, are provided, along with quality olive oil and basic spices. Free WiFi is available, and the home is carpet-free and smoke-free.
The spacious living room, adorned with new vinyl flooring (2023), includes a dining area and a dedicated desk space, and a huge, luxurious leather sectional couch. The property boasts a spacious yard with breathtaking views, complete with a picnic table, propane grill, and shade trees. Behind the house, you'll find woods and rolling hills, creating a serene atmosphere. Ample parking is available on the concrete driveway.

During your stay, you'll have complete access to the entire living space in this rustic house, including the spacious yard and picturesque lane. Entry is convenient with keypad access at the front entrance. Please enjoy the entire house and yard, but kindly refrain from climbing fences. While there are a few steps to get into the front door, once inside the entire living space is accessible without any steps for your convenience.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a one-time $30 pet fee, as long as they are crated or supervised at all times.
