Close to shops and a few minutes from the beach, on the top floor of the residence.
Nice view of the Balagne mountains, two places for vehicles in the residence's closed and private car park.
Bright main room with modern fitted kitchen
Each bedroom with 140cm bedding / cupboard / has its own bathroom with shower.
A separate toilet
All parts of the apartment have access to the outside.
Very large terrace of 35m2, table for 4 people and sunbathing.
Pay upon delivery of the keys, mandatory cleaning costs in addition, you can rent your towels and sheets (see with the manager).
Off season MAY / JUNE / END OF SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER rental period 4 nights minimum.
CHECK IN from 3.30 p.m. / CHECK OUT 10 a.m.
Deposit 500 € refundable at the end of the stay

This is a great appartment. Super location: very quiet and still centre and beach can be reached on foot. Supermarket and bakery at walking distance. Very large terrace, everything new and modern, clean. Lucas is a super host ! I can very much recommend this flat !
