About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located on the second floor of a bright and welcoming house in the heart of Cala Gonone, just 30 meters from the beaches and the sea (1 MINUTE WALK). Surrounded by a large and cool fenced courtyard where you can PARK YOUR CAR or MOTORCYCLE and equipped with barbecue for common use, the apartment consists of: n ° 1 triple bedroom (double bed + 1 single bed), n ° 1 bathroom with shower completely renovated, kitchen, LARGE VERANDA equipped with SEA VIEW, where you can spend relaxing moments! :)
Inside the apartment you will find: WI-FI internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, oven, 4 burner hob, fridge and freezer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, all the necessary accessories for cooking (e.g. pots, plates, cutlery etc.), bed linen and towels (sheets and towels).
The apartment is located in a central but very quiet street of the small fishing village of Cala gonone and you will be able to easily reach all the services! :) A few meters walk from us there are supermarkets (2 minutes walk), tobacconists (3 minutes walk) bars (5 minutes walk) restaurants (3 minutes walk), pharmacy, church, as well as numerous shops and colorful stalls that you can visit during an evening stroll.
Finally, we will be able to assist you in organizing tours and excursions along the territory, both to the sea and to the mountains such as: mini cruises in the gulf, boat rental, dinners or typical lunches with the shepherd, excursions to the farm, etc).
By choosing the inflatable boat rental option, you can take advantage of a 10% discount at office 4 of the Cala Gonone marina.

Schönes Apartment mit gut eingerichteter Küche. Super Balkon/ Terasse

Kleine, recht gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit modernem Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer... mit wunderschöner Aussicht, Sonne am Vormittag, später luftig und verschattet. Im Haus sind insgesamt 4 Wohnungen, zwischen denen ist es etwas hellhörig... Sonst ist alles wie beschrieben, schöner, Ort, ruhige Straße, Nähe zum Wasser, alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine kleine Wohnung, bestehend aus Wohnküche,Bad und SZ mit einem schönen Balkon und herrlichem Meerblick bezaubert durch eine ideale Lage. 50 m zum Meer, 30 Meter zur Hauptstraße mit Restaurants und Geschäften, 30 m zum Supermarkt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig gelegen.
Die Übergabe der Wohnung war vollkommen problemlos. Wir bekamen ein Video mit genauer Beschreibung, da wir sehr spät angekommen sind.
Alles so unkompliziert wie man es sich wünscht. Nicht Barbara, sondern Frederica war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und erklärte alles (z.B. die Abfallentsorgung) hervorragend.
Auch an Ausstattung in der Wohnung fehlte nichts für wundervolle, entspannte Tage
Also unser Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert 😀

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen Appartment, das für 2 Personen prima geeignet ist. Wir haben besonders den Balkon genossen.
