Staff was very humble and cool and room was very comfortable.
Suggestions 1.Drinking water facility should be there on same floor. 2.Common Bathroom slipper should be there in rooms. 3. Foot mats to be there near bathroom, main door and near to bed so that linen may be clean.

Nice location and good rooms with comfy bed. Host was a great help upon arrival.
Kitchen and food services were hardly available.

Big room, car parking, provided dorm for driver
Bedsheets are not clean and having blood stains and some other stains. The road near to the place is very bad with potholes, narrow and Steep.

Liked the rooms and the location of the hotel.
Heaters facility is mentioned in the description while booking but they do not provide any of it which it extremely needed in place like ooty.
