La proximité avec la mer, les restaurants juste à côté, le calme, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner, les supérettes à 2min à pied, le centre ville de Faliraki à 5min en voiture. Chambre spacieuse, télé, mini frigo, toilettes séparées, balcon personnel de tout type de métier accueillant.....
Pas de volets dans la chambre et problème avec la clim qui fuyait, pas de parking (stationnement dans la rue sans trop de difficulté), horaires du petit-déjeuner restreint (8h-10h)

2 minutes walk to the beach, there is a paid parking lot at the end of the street(3€/day) even though there are free praking lots,its close and comfortable. Shops nearby, taverns nearby. Even though the room wasn't too large it had everything you could need, kitchenette was fine, large balcony with table and chairs, extendable dryer. Host was very entertaining, attentive to our inquiries/demands. Overall a great stay. Would return.
Bathroom and shower were a bit small; a bit dated but everything was clean, in its place and working,so it didn't bother me; even though we booked a triple room we got a king sized bed and a small one but i slept in the large one so i can't complain too much.
