Foarte curat, CAFEA care in alte locatii lipseste cu desavarsire, program lung la piscina, pana la ora 23

La baie lipsea usa de la dus si tot timpul se facea foarte multa apa in baie. De asemenea ne-a fost putin mai dificil sa gasim locatia, nu e bine semnalizata pe maps. In parcare daca nu se pun masinile apropiate nu incap toate.

1. The property is very well maintained and looks very good overall. I really appreciated the fact that they offer a Nespresso machine with coffee pods, that the room is cleaned every day, and that everything is kept in excellent condition. 2. The garden is beautiful, with many plants and a relaxing atmosphere. It is a real pleasure to relax in the garden or sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee. 3. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt very clean. 4. There are parking spots right in front of the property, which is very convenient. 5. When I had an issue and spoke directly with the host, she resolved it, which I appreciated. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, comfortable, and has a lovely garden, convenient parking, and a pleasant atmosphere during the day. The place clearly has a lot of potential and, from a visual, comfort, and cleanliness point of view, it can offer a very nice stay.

1. The bathroom felt old compared to the rest of the rooms. There was no shower door, and water was leaking/spreading outside the shower area, which made it uncomfortable to use. 2. There were noisy children late at night, after 10:00 PM, and nobody seemed to tell them anything or ask them to be quiet. For guests who come on vacation to relax, this was disturbing. 3. The host was arguing loudly with other guest, and it was totally disrespectful for us, as normal guests, to hear people screaming near our window while we were on vacation and trying to relax. From what I read from other reviews this is "normal" as other had said this has happened before us. 4. The communication through Booking messages was very poor. I sent a message on Wednesday at 5:00 PM about an issue with the espresso machine and received no response. I had to go to them in person the next day after 5:00 PM and explain the issue again. They resolved the issue in the end. 5. The check-in communication was confusing and unprofessional. Before arriving, I asked if it would be possible to check in at 11:00 PM, and they replied that they would let me know. When I arrived at 11:00 PM, nobody was there. I called and they said they would call me back in five minutes, but they never called. I called again and received another vague answer. When I arrived again at around 11:30 PM, the host was there and the room was ready. This was very inconsistent customer service. Customer service should mean helping the guest clearly and proactively, not giving vague answers just to get rid of the conversation.

Eine richtige Oase!

Неймовірний готель! Красу саду не передасть жодне фото, потрібно його відчути і побачити на власні очі. Дуже затишно , тут хочеться залишитись назавжди. Територія дуже доглянута і відчувається, що зроблена з любовʼю. У номері є все необхідно для комфортного проживання. Тут дбають про чистоту щодня, а персонал та господарі дуже привітні.

Недолік не побачила. Але нам не вистачало пральної машини. А до моря потрібно було трішки пройтись.
