About this house rental

Brand new Duplex in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. 100m to the iconic Talle Creek. 500m to the beach and Talle Surf Club. Burleigh Heads, through the beautiful headlands nature walk is a relaxing 20 minutes, with photographic views of Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise. The house has 3 bedrooms. Beautiful new kitchen and lounge with all new appliances. Patio space with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Laundry with new washer and dryer. Single carport. All in a very quiet street.

Beautifully layed out property with a very homely touch.We enjoyed the undercover patio with a bbq which we didn’t end up using.The place was well equipped, making our stay easy and comfortable. Greta location for exploring Palm Beach and Butleigh area. Super short walk to the Tallebudgera Surf Club and beaches.

Our stay at Palm Beach was great. Location was our main priority and this hit the mark. Talebuderra Creek just a stone throw away, great for a swim and the little ones. The property was very spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space for a family. However, was let down by the cleanliness of the property. Main lounge room / kitchen floors were dirty and spider webs around furniture. Although the kitchen was well equipped, the knives may need a sharpen. Apart from that, i would recommend this property to any family looking at staying in the palm creek area and would happily return for a stay.
