Excellent location, spotless apartment

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. Owner communicated alot before our stay. Location is wonderful, probably even more so in summer when you'd want to visit the beach more. Managed to squeeze my car on the drive but even if I hadn't, there was free parking just round the corner-would advise taking spare shoes to do so though as it was quite muddy down the little lane. Very peaceful, only noise was from the seagulls in the morning but that's to be expected by the sea

My only constructive criticism would be the list of things to do. I have a very physical job and come away to get away from doing the usual stuff like putting the bins out and stripping the beds. The place is spotless so I understand expecting a high standard of cleanliness from guests but some of the relaxation was taking out of it rushing around doing this in the morning whilst trying to remember the instructions to turn everything off. I wake very early but even I felt rushed. Only other thing was the bed was quite firm but this is down to personal preference.

Peaceful,comfortable mini break.

The location cleanliness and excellent instructions how to get there how to get in and contact number. Host let us leave the car in car park spot the day of departure.

If you had a large vehicle you would struggle to park. Could only shut 1 gate to outside so someone had to be outside with the dog so he didn't go out into the lane.

Lovely place , clean , great location great host

Lovely clean and spacious, everything you need, bathroom is massive. Stayed over for work but will definitely be coming back with the dog for a weekend. I stay away with work a lot and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Sharon is also a very responsive host as well. All in all I can’t fault the place

2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much as the 1st time.

The apartment is lovely, clean and really comfortable. It’s located in a perfect spot, close walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Dog friendly property and a lovely touch leaving out dog treats, bowls and toys. Sharon is really lovely and welcoming.

A lovely, modern, clean and comfortable apartment, a short walk to Crooklets Beach and the centre of Bude. A good place to explore all that Bude has to offer.

A small Parking area was available but the lane it is in was quite littered and did attract the sea gulls.

A perfect base to relax after a day exploring.

Clean modern facilities. Easy access to the beach. On site parking. Lovely water pressure in shower. No fuss TV with all channels easy to access. Nice tourist info and games. Outdoor patio very relaxing.

Perfect Retreat.

The Studio Apartment is in a great quiet location, just a short walk to the beach and centre of Bude. We loved the flat, very well lthought out with everything we needed and in excellent condition. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed all the extra amenities that our host had provided, ( milk, tea, travel pukka tea pack, games, travel info of area, extra channels on tv, pack of toiletries in case, we had forgotten something ). Had comfortable nights sleep and the shower was excellent. Everyything to help give the guests a great experience and stay.

Cosy, comfortable and private. Good Internet and equipped with everything you need, even down to dog treats. Just a short (5 min) walk to Crooklets beach and coastal path over the cliffs.

Really enjoyable stay

Very clean, bright and cosy apartment. Couldn't fault the host who gave us a very warm welcome and was more than happy to help with any queries we had. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes walk to a lovely cove and the South West Coast Path. The supermarket and town centre were also close by.

As we tend to eat in on an evening, we would have preferred a conventional dining set, however small. The breakfast bar was lovely but the bar stools didn't work for us beyond a quick snack. Less of a problem in summer when we'd probably have eaten out on the patio area and obviously not a problem at all for those who normally eat out anyway.

Birthday in Bude!

cosy hideaway within walking distance of town. Listening to the sea whilst in bed.. super comfy bed and wonderful shower. Netflix was a nice bonus. Near to the sea pool so had a swim in the morning.. excellent comms.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you will need.

The apartment was beautiful, so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The kitchen was fantastic, we cooked a few nights and had all we needed to cook a great meal. The shower room was extremely clean and modern, the water was always hot and very spacious for my 6ft 5in tall husband. The bed was very comfortable and also spacious. All in all a very nice stay.

Amazing fresh modern property , so well kept , maintained and clean . Very comfortable and perfect size for the two of us . Outside space for sitting out as well as drying wet suites and beach ware .
