I rented a motorbike from them when I checked in and paid 1500 PHP. The front desk staff told me this fee was due at check-out, but when I checked out, they said I had to pay another 500 PHP? I don't know what the front desk staff said to them during check-in? Why are they charging me extra? It's a really terrible hotel.
