Staff were incredible- front desk folks, especially Maria and the other shorter woman (I feel horrible for not remembering her name) were amazing - we stayed because of issues with our home and they both we’re empathetic, beyond helpful and truly caring about us being OK. People like them absolutely make or break an experience like this and they both went so far above and beyond. On top of that, the hotel was really nice, well appointed, very clean. Thank you!!!

The location
The greeting could have been better, and the front desk clerk seemed bored to do her job. The first room wasn't great, and the bathroom didn't close all the way. The door was dirty. They changed our room right away. In the second room, I had to request toilet paper they left a used roll that had a little bit in it. Our room didn't get clean during our stay. I had to request housekeeping to pick up the garbage and give us clean towels. Breakfast wasn't the best. I will definitely not stay again.
