Cancelled with no interaction from owners or booking.com

We drove to the property only to be told on arrival that the booking was cancelled, no one contacted me to let me know either from the property or booking.com the money for the accommodation was refunded but I had still incurred considerable costs from food/fuel etc I had bought for the stay.

Prefect easy get away,

Great location, so close to the motorway yet seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. Lovely views. Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. This was my second time here, once with husband and this time with friends and I will be back. Hot tub is great, work out to those muscles getting the lid on and off but kept the heat in well especially with it snowing. We paid extra for early check in, late check out and balloons and happy birthday sign on arrival and everything was set ready for the birthday girl who was very surprised.

Booked a couple of nights with my little cuz for her 30th, was looking for somewhere affordable, the kinda place to just relax and unwind, this was perfect 👌, the cabin its self was lovely, really spacious, clean, comfortable and cossy, the hot tub was definitely the main attraction for us but also having access to Netflix was a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting, didn't have alot to do with staff but on the couple of occasions I needed to get in touch they responded with in seconds, the location and view from decking was stunning, we will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to friends

i love these cabins been a few times but i feel they need some upgrading

i loved the hot tub , i do love these cabins

i feel that the cabin are getting. little dated i do love them but , we did have wallpaper falling off and curtains fall off the railings , plates and cutler were dirty when we got there but i did just pop them in the dish washer again , the tv is very old controller hardly worked and cut off a few times

Overall lovely location and ideal amenities but very run down and quite grubby

The property is in a lovely location and it is a decent size

The property itself is very run down. Taps falling off, cupboard doors missing, equipment that is years old, brown scum that floats in the hot tub when bubbles are on, there is quite a long list of things that weren’t right. I had messaged the property staff to advise them that there was a smell of urine in the living room that we had to deal with all weekend and I didn’t even receive as much as an apology for this so that was a little disheartening considering this was a 30th birthday weekend away

Great relaxing weekend.

Loved the location of the lodge, waking up to that view. Was nice and quiet. Hot Tub was great. Beds were so comfy.

If I had to moan it would be the lack of big plates or a big pot. I brought food to make us pasta but was difficult

Loved it so peaceful , went to local pub in Kelty and the staff and customers were Amazing , sp warm and welcoming

Property and location are set in stunning area and so peaceful

Property could do with a wee freshen up , curtains had damp /mould on bottom of them and shower handle was broken , but other than damp smell and curtains the property was lovely , bedding was perfect , so just a wee freshen up needed

Nice size and layout of the cabin, well decorated, clean and everything was easy to find and use. Nice quiet location and cabins have great privacy. I would go back!

Some minor issues, Bathroom window doesn't open, no shelf inside of fridge door, no kitchen cabinet door front on integrated fridge. Some blinds didn't have cords so had to roll the down/up using fingers. Apart from these minor items cabin was lovely.

Okay but expected more for the money we paid.

Hot tub was clean and lodge was very spacious and warm.

Bathroom had mold, cobwebs everywhere, with holes in the wall joins, stains on carpet, everywhere was a bit tired looking and not the cleanest property. For example there was bits of rubbish beside the bin when we first arrived. Not the best equipped kitchen either. For example it had 2 bottle openers but were both broken.

Pleasant Stay but could have been great!

Location is and scenery great. But their is no shop local. You have to drive a few miles away!

People usually pay for services like hot tub. The tub was not cleaned and full of rusty stain. We were told that the cleaners were cleaning the tub when we arrived, so we left and check in afterwards. When we used the tub, it was horrifying!

Tay and Ry’s 1 year stay

Loved how we had time to ourselves- the staff were a pleasure and did so so well to respond to our questions and queries! This was our 1 year anniversary and it was gorgeous!! The hot tub was so lovely!

The hot tub needed a bit of a clean around the edges and we didn’t realise that it didn’t come with toilet roll etc- but other than that AMAZING!!
