This minimalist elegant Villa is capable of accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy the lifestyle exclusivity that this Villa is providing both in the area of the house and also to the small beach that is offered to the complex guests (3 Villas Sharing the beach). Relax at the sculptured outdoor sofas or at the infinity pool that provide a view in which the water of the pool looks as the extension of the sea. Enjoy the magnificent view throughout the day from dawn to sunset or even under the moonlight, while having the small island of “Arktos” in the picture, as well as the fabulous Skopelos across.
In this caved stylish open house the white simplicity of the interior unifies with the outdoor areas. This Villa is providing also the possibility to enjoy the Aegean from the king sized beds located in the bedrooms as well as from the living room or the kitchen.
Put your cooking in challenge in the fully-equipped kitchen or at the outdoor BBQ facility or relax with a drink under the moonlight.

We had the most wonderful stay at the above accommodation. The hosts and staff were exceptional in all respects, starting from being greeted by a warm reception at the airport assisting us with our luggage, a chilled bottle of bubbly and delicious Greek treats waiting for our arrival at the villa. The great service continued throughout; the pool, outside and inside areas were cleaned thoroughly daily, the staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, nothing ever being too much trouble. Before checking out the hosts arrived to thank us for our stay with them.
The villa was immaculate and well equipped to a high standard, with views that were simply breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. There was also a pleasant private beach, with sun beds. We would have no hesitation in recommending and definitely plan a return trip!

Gorgeous location with a fantastic dominant view and changing colors of the sea and landscape at each and every moment of the day. The house is very well conceived, furnished and equipped. Amazing to have a swimming pool with such a view. The private beach is a plus, especially in the morning when the beach is sunny. Nikolas is very kind and attentive. We strongly recommend this house and this island, that we have traveled on a scooter to visit some of its 63 beaches ….

The first impression of the property is the stunning view, this was followed by the wonderfully modern and contemporary villa. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well designed and very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, we thoroughly recommend Villa Lioni. The owners deserve recognition for all the thought put into this property, bravo and well done, top marks, thank you.
