*** BUILDING IS UNDER CONCRETE RESTORATION, noise and balcony may be happening, reduced price reflects**** The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. CONSTRUCTION to exterior is happening now in the two front buildings. This is jackhammering noise and dust and balconies are affected by this. JUNE 2026-? price is reflected in work happening. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee

Great for our purposes, which was beach access….

Place was clean and suited our needs . Place andThe complex could use some updating , front slider would not lock. Beach chair were there for use but could use a new set as one did not look safe . Most importantly it should be noted that it is a 3rd floor walk up and the stairs are steep .
