You will love this absolutely charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Seabrook Island home. This cottage is the quintessential island getaway with spectacular views of the 12th hole of Crooked Oaks golf course. The mid island location is perfect for accessing all of Seabrook's amenities.

Set well back from the street and nestled on a beautiful wooded lot, you'll want to take advantage of the oversized deck spanning the back of the home. Once inside you'll be greeted by hard wood floors throughout, and a bright, light filled floor plan that has been completely updated. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with sunny bay windows and seating for 6+. The living room features cheery windows, a 55" HDTV for your entertainment and a ceiling fan. Off the living room you'll find the finished sun room with panoramic windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. The sun room also has a ceiling fan and built in bookcases. What a perfect place to enjoy your day! There is a door leading from the sun room to the deck that spans the back of the home with views of the golf course.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, Smart TV, and newly updated en suite bath. The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, tiled shower, marble floor and hair dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed with newly updated en suite bath. This bathroom features a quartz vanity, tile floor and tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en suite bath. This bathroom also has a quartz topped vanity with tile floor and tub/shower combination.

There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well. There is no access to the garage.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We loved the home! Very clean. The sunroom area was our favorite spot, but we also played cards and games at the kitchen table. It was nice with lots of windows. We had plenty of kitchen supplies, which was nice. Great location a quick bike ride to either pool or beach. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice place. We had 6 adults over 60. 2 had to climb the stairs to sleep and use the bathroom. Best advice, don't draw the short straw. We need 3 car passes and you can't get that in many rentals on the island.

We have stayed on the island multiple times with family, but chose to get our own place this year. The property is conveniently located, centrally on Seabrook Island Road, just a mile and a half run (or drive) from the Beach club and beach or almost equal distance from the lake house. The home was perfect for us and our four children! The dining area did not fit our family when they came for dinner and can be cramped with two many chefs in the kitchen, but honestly, it fit all our needs for our vacation! The rental was clean, carefully maintained and really felt like home! We did not want to leave! The rental included amenity cards which are great for pool use, though dinner at “Pelicans Nest” left a lot to be desired. Go downtown to Charleston instead and hit “Husk” for a real five star dinner and drinks and then tour the Charleston battery area/rainbow row for a night out! We bought a year membership to the Charleston Aquarium for rainy days- a must if you have kids! Also a must- the dolphins strand feeding up past boardwalk one! SI can be crowded during regular summer season, so we prefer to come prior to or after regular season but even so, you can find privacy and seclusion on the beach if you know where to find it (aka boardwalk one and out towards the inlet). SI and this vacation home provided relaxation and the laid back atmosphere we needed to enjoy a break away from the daily grind! Book it (just not our regular week please!) You won’t be disappointed!
