Would you like to live idyllically with a large garden and this with two families? A thatched roof house and a barn house, each newly built except for the stud frame, are available for the holidaymakers here.
This holiday home is located next to our second house and is the result of an old barn and has been newly built except for the stud frame. it is located in the center of the North Sea resort Eckwarden. On the ground floor you enter the house through a porch, on the left is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and straight ahead you come into the spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, stove with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The comfortably furnished living area is bright and flooded with light through 2 patio doors, there is a satellite TV and stereo system. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor in an open bedroom with a double bed and a closed bedroom with two single beds. There is a parking space in front of the house, the large garden with old trees invites you to play and relax with a lawn and seating areas and a covered patio. Bedding - oversize 155 cm x 220 cm -. A cot and a high chair are available. Pets are not allowed.
