The location is great. And it's perfect for a family with children. There is a big beautiful park right next to the house. It's pretty close to a lot of shops and the beach. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the house could have been a little more cleaner. Nothing bad compared to the rest of the rents in Tunisia. Actually it's by far the best we stayed in. Just a little bit more attention to the cleaning. But I really really appreciate the clean sheets in all rooms, and the towels (usually you get one towel when you rent somewhere else in Tunisia or none at all).
Just more attention to the cleaning, but overall a really great place. I totally recommend it.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt.
