The location is excellent, close to the mall, with everything easily within reach. The space itself is pleasant, and having a free parking spot was a great plus.

The apartment has a lot of potential, but a few things really need attention. The kitchen furniture could use a refresh, and unfortunately the microwave was dusty and not clean, I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it for food in its current state. The shower curtain was also extremely dirty, replacing them would make a big difference. I’d also recommend bringing your own sheets to feel more comfortable. What concerned me the most, though, was the safety. On the last day of my stay, someone tried to open my car in the underground parking. I found all the wipers pushed up and there were scratches on the front windshield. I’m not sure if it was just kids messing around or an actual attempt to break in, but it was very unsettling. I ended up moving my car to my office parking, which caused a lot of stress.
