I liked the location, even though it's a block off the main road on a dirt path with a lot of construction going on around. It was close to seaside restaurants/bars (10min walk) that I would go to for sunsets and dinners. The staff is very accommodating. When I arrived they let me check in early and even gave me a with a balcony.
The price is a little high for what you get I thought.

Room was spacious, bed was nice and in central area but the road that leads to hotel street has no asphalt
breakfast is very poor with no fresh fruit juices, chopped fruits in the same bowl like feeding the birds, same menu repeated everyday. you have to sign when leaving the breakfast area, which is very annoying, when they already have noted the room number as soon as the customer enters the area. no bathroom slippers , as room does not have a carpet, they dont provide iron, they dont provide bathroom amenities.
