The place is large, well kept, and in a great location. Woodland Park is a great place to stay and enjoy small town CO.

Check in was easy, and the owner was very responsive to our issues with the hot tub and dishwasher. Would recommend better organization with kitchen pots, pans lids and cooking utensils. Overall it was a perfect spot to relax and venture out to activities. The bonus beer fridge is a great idea. We would rent again if ever in Colorado again.

The property needs to be updated. It has a great view of pikes peak from the tiny corner of the 2 level balcony. There was an issue with a dog running loose in the neighborhood and barking incessantly. The manager and owner threatened to evict us in 2 emails and a phone call assuming it was our dog. I let them know we did not have an animal on the property. They continued to contact us with the eviction threat. I have rented many times from VRBO and have never been treated like this.
