About this house rental
80 Forestay Court. 5 bedroom home with pool tucked away on a quiet cul de sac in Vanderhorst Plantation behind the second security gate. All new modern furnishings and decor throughout. This stunning home is only a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Our favorite area of the house is the pool deck. The sparkling pool area features lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a cabana area with seating and a remote control screen, and television.
The house is perfect for a large family with plenty of seating areas to spread out. There is a large living room with entertainment system, separate seating area off the kitchen, and a den area with entertainment system . Additional features of this meticulous home includes outdoor shower and foot wash, elevator, and ping pong table.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double oven, and warming drawer. A large island provides additional seating and storage. A pass-through bar separates the kitchen from the great room.
Upstairs, the king master suite includes a fireplace, raised ceiling, and arched casement windows that enhance the elegance of the space. The spacious en suite bathroom includes separate vanities, soaking tub, shower with steam system, and large shower.
Also located on the second floor is another king bedroom with private bath, 1 queen bedroom with private bathroom and the 5th bedroom has a bunk, one twin bed, and two pull out mattresses. The first floor has a king bedroom.
The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Portable pool fence system for child safety around the pool area can be added for an additional $300 per stay.
You will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses, The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center, dining, The Night Heron Nature Center activities and kids camp, spa.

-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Perfect house for our girls weekend!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 children 7 and under. The pool was perfect. The option to have it heated and fenced was great and we never had to worry about my nephew who just started walking. The house is gorgeous and everything was very clean. The walk to the beach was easy with multiple access points near the house.
Our only concern was not knowing the zones for the air conditioning to adjust the correct spaces based on who preferred what.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was great. Very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and convenient. It was not as clean as I would have expected.
