About this house rental
This five bedroom, five and a half bath home on Forestay Court has been completely renovated and has it all. This beautiful residence, just steps away from the beach access path, is the perfect family vacation home.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, granite countertops, top of the line appliances and a separate icemaker. Everything in this exquisite home has been updated to include hardwood floors, beautifully tiled bathrooms, open light-filled spaces and vaulted ceilings.
The main floor of the home welcomes you with a gas fireplace and large, open living room perfect for family gathering. Adjacent you will find the expansive kitchen and pantry, dining room and keeping area that open, through four sets of French doors, onto the pool deck. The kitchen has plenty of seating for eight at the large farm table and four at the center island.
The expansive pool deck includes a built-in grill space with both a gas grill and a Big Green Egg. Teak lounge chairs and dining furniture provide a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sun. The private salt water pool and spa are surrounded by trees and sunshine! During the colder months the pool and/or spa can be heated for a fee. If this of interest to you, please let us know prior to check-in. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for easy clean up after a fun day in the sand. A retractable cover is available for the pool if you have little ones and would prefer the ability to open and close it at your discretion.
This home offers two king master suites with large closets, two sink areas, and walk in showers with body sprays and rain heads. One master has a soaking tub and separate water closet. Two additional king bedrooms with private bathrooms are located just down the hall. The Bunk Room offers full and twin beds. A pack and play is also available if needed.
The most cherished space in the home is the large screened porch. You can dine al fresco while enjoying the sound of waves crashing and the ocean breeze. The porch swing bed is the perfect place to read a book, take a nap or enjoy a fall football game on the 55” HDTV.
A state of the art audio/visual system will enable you to play your own music, watch television, and enjoy wireless internet throughout the home. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen cable HDTV while Blu-Ray players are provided in the living room and the Bunk Room. All equipment is extremely user friendly.
The lower level has garage parking for two cars, ample storage, an additional refrigerator/freezer, a commercial ice maker, and a ping pong table. There is an elevator available for handicap accessibility. RBL19-006890

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children (all under 4yrs) LOVED this house! First and foremost, the house managers, Rebekah and Chris, were fantastic to work with! We appreciated their quick response to anything that came up. The house was immaculate, which is very much appreciated, and lots of cozy details really set the vacation vibe. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed to cook, cleaning supplies to get started, and a collection of spices left by other renters, which was useful. The pool/patio area is fantastic. We chose to heat the pool and the spa, which made it the littles favorite place to be. Our group also loved hanging out in the screened-in porch. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, and a large cart to haul them all down. It's just a short walk to the wide and beautiful beach, with soft and clean sand. The water was very shallow, which allowed the littles to have a blast splashing in the waves. It was our first trip to Kiawah, and we loved the island. Much quieter than Hilton Head, but still enough to keep us busy. Great playground, nature center with art/craft area, arcade, and bowling alleys. We loved our 2026 family beach vacation, and can't wait to return!

Property manager was amazing, communication with the host/owner was rough. We ran out of gas for a night, so no stove, warm water, heat, pool usage. I tried getting ahold of owner before finding PM number. The PM quickly solved the problem. Future questions arose that we tried getting answers to, and no response back from just. Need anything contact the PM team! House is large, great layout. Updated enough, electronics are old and challenging to use. Pool and outdoor shower were pretty dirty with leaf debris. Beach however is close and gorgeous.

We all enjoyed the accommodations very much and could not have asked for more. We didn’t use the pool since the 4 men played golf both day and the ladies shopped both days. We could not have been more pleased.
