Escape to Lake Glenville in this spacious five-bedroom, four-bath, perfect for large family gatherings or anyone who enjoys lots of space! The property is over an acre privately situated on a west-facing, lakefront point. This home comes with a new boat dock, two-car carport, and ample parking. Enjoy a 270-degree lakefront view with over two hundred feet of lake frontage. Conveniently located on the northeast side of Lake Glenville, you are only a 15 minute drive to Cashiers, shopping, and area attractions. The front door opens into a large, open living room, featuring cathedral ceilings, a stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable furnishings. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck overlooking the lake. A generously sized dining table easily accommodates twelve, with extra table seating for four in the kitchen. Doors from the dining room lead to a covered porch with a gas grill and fireplace, perfect for al fresco dining while admiring the spectacular lakefront and sunset views. The spacious primary bedroom is off the living room with its own floor-to-ceiling windows, king-size bed, and palatial bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom on the main level also has a king-size bed and adjoins a full bath that doubles as the powder bath. Downstairs there is another large suite with two double beds and private bath with double vanities, a spa tub, walk-in shower with double heads and sliding glass doors leading to the lower level patio running the length of the home. Another guest bedroom downstairs has four extra-long twin beds and views of the lake. There is also a fifth bedroom with a double bed for unexpected guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located between the two rooms. The lower level completes itself with a gas fireplace, pool table, wet bar, and doors opening up to the lower level patio. Enjoy sunsets in the lakeside gazebo with plenty of comfortable seating. This home features several flat-screen HD TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi, Sonos wireless music system, iPod docking station, and beautiful landscaping. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Pets allowed with owner approval and a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Holidays are a one week min.

The house was great for our family get together! Plenty of room for the kids to bunk in the basement. The lot has an amazing view. The walk up to the house form the dock will leave you winded, but the view is worth it!

House is beautiful & welcoming. You feel at home when you walk in. Kid & dog friendly with all the wooden gates. The slope and stairs to the water is a killer if you're over 50. All this house needs is an outside fire pit & a jacuzzi. All the fireplaces are gas so you can't make smores or smell like burnt wood. The dock is new and you can tell they have put alot into this home. Thank you for letting my family and I enjoy your Lakehouse. 3
